Your vintage glasses are broken and you simply can't give them up yet??? Not to worry, we have a great repair service that does an amazing job on frames that you'd swear are beyond fixing. We also can do simple repairs right here in the shop and will be happy to assist you for a modest fee. Many small jobs or adjustments are done free of charge as well.
Our optical shop is located in the lower level of the office of Roy E. Seibel Jr., M.D. This gives us the unique ability to ask an ophthalmologist about complex prescriptions. Eye exams can be arranged through the Dr's office to make sure you have the latest prescription for your new glasses. tel.207 563-3782. Of course we also accept prescriptions from other offices as well if you already have an eye doctor.
Hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00-4:00 and Friday 10:00-2:00. Riverview Eyewear is located at 71 Main Street in Newcastle across from the former Bud's Service Station.
